Hello everyone,

I just wanted to say I am thrilled I found this site as I have been BBQ'ING for a long time myself. I am charcoal all the way I use both Kingsford and harwood depending on what and how long I am cooking. I have 2 Weber kettle grills and love it when I have both in action at the same time.

Anyways I look forward to learning from pro's like yourselves and hope I can contribute something as well.

I may have to try a Boston Butt only because I can't believe I have never tried one before and reading the thread below sounds like it may be a new item for my menu.

Welcome! By all means, try a butt. They're very forgiving, usually turning out pretty well even if things don't go exactly as you planned during the cook. (They're good, too!)

Most of us here aren't pros, but the combined experience is pretty impressive.
