New member here from Phoenix AZ. I have been grilling on my char broil RED gas grill for over 3 years now. I bought the grill when me and wife bought the house. I recently felt like I had done all I can on the gas grill so I bought a 18.5 wsm last Christmas (2013). Once I figure out how to post pics, I will. So far I done a tri tip with bacon wrapped tater tots which came out perfect. And a 2 rack baby back rib cook. The ribs came out good..but were just a bit over cooked. I'm gonna try a few test picture posts and when I figure it out, I will be posting my cooks
