Good afternoon from Mike in west central Fl. I'm a first-time WSM user. Just picked up a 18.5'" 2008 model from craigslist Will be using it for the first time tomorrow with a 3.5 lb. Boston Butt. I have a few questions so I'll find the appropriate forum and post away. Looking forward to learning from you folks.
