I say new member, but I believe this is the third time I have had to register here at WSM Forums. Anywho, here's the low down on me. Been smoking since 2009. I have a 22.5 WSM with a Digi-Q hooked up to it. I mainly smoke baby back ribs, but have smoked Pork Shoulder and Prime Rib. Looking forward to trying to smoke a turkey. Other hobbies are fishing/hunting, cycling, and cigars.
