New here, Weber user for many years, looking for help on a Budweiser Genesis Platinum-C

hi, my name is Tara from Metro Detroit, I'm helping a family member clear out their house and they have a new Budweiser Genesis Platinum-C. They bought it many years ago from someone who said they won it in a Budweiser contest, the can/bottle said they won. Anyway, my online research hasn't brought up much. I was trying find a value for it. Not sure if the age of it may be hurting value, or if the Budweiser branding makes it more desirable. Lots of questions, I hope this type of question is ok on this forum. TIA

That is pretty sweet grill. I would guess you could try for $500 and see what happens. Can always come down. This is just a guess on my part as a lot depends on market, finding the correct buyer, and how quickly you want to sell. Maybe others have other ideas.

@TaraKhalaf that's a beautiful 2002 Genesis Platinum.

I'll agree with Joe, start with a solid price like $500. If it doesn't sell immediately and you can hold out until spring then you may have more buyers looking than in the fall.

I'd suggest investing in a weber tank cover. It would complete the look and dress up the ugly propane tank. The price on amazon varies from $12 to $15.
