Hi there guys, well my name is Sebastian, i have about 5 years in BBQ, most of the time(always) smoke in my giant reverse flow smoker and sometimes on my smokervault. I started my own BBQ Academy after a few bbq schools i attended(Harry Soo, Mark Davis, Myron Mixon), in my town smoking meat is a bit new, here you grill steaks almost 3-4 days a week!, I met one of the Weber brand representatives and they were really interested to use their products on my academy, so they gave me a few WSM and Kettle... honestly i fell in love of this machine. From now on almost all my classes i will use the WSM so i thought why not buy in one lol, so i got the 22" and just started to see all the amazing mods here.

Welcome Sebastian to the forum. Looking forward to seeing your cooks. Those schools are awesome and love to go to Harry Soo some day. Again happy to have you on board.
 
Welcome to the forum Sebastian.
In my experience WSM is soneasy to use without or with some mods and I understand why you love it.
I really like to hear from you if you have reached the same smoky flavour from WSM than the reverse flow (pit smoker) you have.
