Just joined here after being sent to check out the mini WSM threads. I own a Blue weber gold one touch and a smokey joe with a recent mini WSM mod. My non weber smoker is a highly modified ECB(mods based on WSM). Been grilling for years, but new to smoking as of Dec 2011. I love me some smoked Q! Thanks for having me!

Thanks for all of the welcomes everyone! I can thank this site for my ideas and design on my mini WSM creation. hoping to do a second cook on it this Friday! I would love to have a 22.5" WSM, but funds are tight with a 5 month old at home so my heavily modified ECB will have to do for now. i have a feeling though that my mini WSM will make do for majority of my cooks for just my wife and i. i will only have to bust out the bigger ECB when we have a lot of people over.
