Hi all.. New to the forum and just picked up my first wsm. Gonna break it in this weekend. Do you have any suggestions for my very first smoke?

Wings! She's gonna run a little hot till residue builds up on the inside of your new smoker..........so chicken likes a little more heat for nicer skin.And their quick.couple hrs. max! I like 170*-180* internal........sauce around 165*.

Welcome to the site.
Pork butt is my suggesting long cook time and will help with seasoning your wsm.
