New griddle

Bought a new Lodge CI griddle on sale from Amazon. It’s perfect for the 2 of us. 1st use was dinner on the stove. Results were excellent.

Already checked that out. This one weighs 4 lbs less the the other other Lodge griddle we have. Also use the 12 inch square one….

We have the other Lodge CI griddle. It’s a great cooker. Only issue is, I now cover the area around the cooktop with aluminum foil to make cleanups easy. These griddles tend to spatter when cooking anything that has fat on/in it. Flavor is too notch though. Even use if on the WSK sometimes.
