Long time owner of Weber grills. Just got my first WSM 18 off craigslist. 1st cook was baby back ribs, best ribs I ever cooked! Heading to the store to see what's for sale for Sunday's smoke. Any suggestions?:cool:
 
Welcome to the forum D. Either a pork butt or a chuck roast would be my suggestion.
 
I would go with pork butt. They are an easy and very forgiving cook and they taste great. Don't forget to post some pics.

I've done a couple of pork butts on the gas grill so many went with a Chuck roast and some smoked almonds. Both came out great. Also did a tri tip a couple days ago. I think I'm hooked!
