Hello! I'm new to the forum, from good ol' Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Have been smoking in 22" One Touch Kettle with a slow n sear. The fire management is too involved especially in long cook, so I pulled the trigger in the WSM22. It had just arrived. I have assembled it, bent the door to fit better, squeezed the top portion to fix a bit of "out-of-roundness". I have nomex strips on the way for the lid and the door, an an auber instruments control fan (w/10 cfm) en route for overnight cooks so I can stop sleeping with one eye open. Super pumped about the WSM and the forum. I have already learned a ton and have not scratched the surface. Cheers!!
