New Burner Not easy to Light

I bought that exact burner tube set and can't get them to ignite with the igniter. Do you mind sharing a couple photos of what your igniter setup looks like in the burner box?

Thank you! Are you able to ignite either the P shaped burner tube or the center tube from the igniter? It doesn't look like the P burner holes are close enough. Thanks for taking the time to take and upload the photos.

Mine will not light the outer ring burner with the igniter. You have to light the center tube first then turn on the outer one

Larry, that is how my Q300 works and I am pretty sure they are factory burners.

Yeah, I think it best to just keep the factory burners as clean and open as I can until I can't anymore. Then buy new OEM. There is an old saying with motorcycle riders. "If you have a $15 head buy a $15 helmet" I guess it holds true for grill parts as well

Hmmm, I honestly have paid that much attention. Next time I'm grilling I'll test it out. I usually put both burners on full gas and it fires right up.

A couple months ago I did replace the spark end of the igniter with this one. Maybe that helps?
