New 4.3 Pi ZeroW build, No network connection

New build, 4.3 Pi ZeroW. I downloaded the image from heatermeter.com/dl and filled in all the info for my wifi. It boots up normally but won't give a network address and says "FAIL: No DNS" under device registration after attempting to register device for a few seconds. I searched the forums for good bit but couldn't find a similar problem. I've tried multiple versions and changed my wifi router settings but can not seem to come up with a solution. Any advice would be welcomed, thanks!
 
Thanks for your response! I'm not a network expert so I'm not sure where I entered a DNS? The router is sitting right beside the pi at the moment.
 
Still no changes...still not sure where I could have entered a DNS. I followed the instructions to a T on installing the firmware. Now my HM won't even show network information and the reset config doesn't do anything. I have tried reformatting the SD card and doing a clean install but nothing changes.
