Hey everyone! I have made the big jump to a 22.5 WSM and can't wait for it to show up. I'm sure it has already been posted on here but I just can't find it. But how do I go about seasoning my WSM for the first time? I have an offset smoker already and seasoned that and I assume it is a similar process. Just looking for info from you guys/gals on the best why to go about it. Thanks and happy BBQin!
