Network connection trouble

My wireless router recently died and after installing a new one, I'm no longer able to access my heatermeter though its IP address. I'm connecting the HM directly to the router with an Ethernet cable, without the wifi dongle attached, and the HM shows the IP 192.168.200.1 shortly after boot up. However, when I use that number in the browser, there's no connection.

Any ideas?

Is your computer on the network? Can it browse web pages? If so, what is the computer's ip address? One way to determine your ip address is to open a cmd window from Start Button->Run. Once open, type, "ipconfig /all" (no quotes).

Problem solved. I went back to a how to post on setting up wifi and saw that I needed to set my computer's IPv4 address to 192.168.200.2. Connected right away after that.

Thanks for your help!
