Needed Parts?

I was looking at building a handful of HM's for friends in Germany, some of the parts drive the cost ownership up a bit, and with my experience (or lack of) there are some parts I think I can omit.

I only use the we interface when using mine so...

Can I remove the lcd, directional button, buzzer... ? if so what else could i get rid of an still maintain functionality via web?
 
LCD, Shift register 74HC595N, button, 10k Trim, LEDs, Buzzer, some of the resisters(390), BS170(Q2, Q4, and Q5-if not using Servo). There are a few more things but really the cost is not going to down much after removing just the LCD, as they are pennies in most cases.
 
I figured as much, so basically just take 10 bux off the BOL man that would put me at about 20 bux or so for the build.
