hey guys i have 2 kings cut chops from save marnt did a search and couldnt find any good rub ideas, any one have any thoughts i have a the usual spices available
Depending on how lean they are, I would grill them over medium heat (charcoal or gas grill with smoker box).
With good chops, I like to keep it simple - pat them down with coarse cracked pepper and kosher salt, them toss 'em on. About half way through, I would glaze them with a 50/50 mix of hot dijon mustard and honey (I'm partial to Inglehoffer)
Sear them, turn-down the heat, then let them on for about 30-45 minutes.
