Need Help..... getting frustrated

Well I did a boston butt on Friday on a cold windy day. I made an improvised wind shelter and I was able to keep the temps steady just where I wanted. I had 2 vents closed completely and one vent probably about 1/8 open. Butt came out good. Gonna try a brisket next. See this post for pics of the butt cook and shelter.
