Need a volunteer for Red Hook contest

Well, Duck is bailing out on me to head to Phoenix rather than cook Red Hook (can't say I blame him).

Is there anyone in the Seattle area that might like to give me a hand on Sunday, May 26th? I'll have plenty of free food & beer.

Duties would include helping "run" boxes, assisting in meat prep, light cleanup. Basicly being a second set of hands from about 8am to 4 or 5pm (awards are at 4pm).

If this contest didn't have the Anything But category, I'd probaby take a stab at doing it by myself. Turn in times are a tad congested at this one though.

Hi Ryan,

My husband and I live only about five miles from Red Hook and were planning to be there. We are new to BBQ and were planning to go to hopefully learn. One or both of us would be thrilled for an opportunity to help you out.
