Timothy, I will post pics. This was a gift from my Godson.I’d treat it like beef more or less, all the regular salt, pepper, garlic, maybe a little brown sugar? Or go more involved with herbs and so on, not a lot of real direction but, that’s where I’d start.
Please post pictures on this as you have a chance. I’ve never had moose! Elk, bear, venison sure but, no moose.
