This is my first time smoking two things at once, as well my first time with a brisket. The brisket is ~4 lbs, and the butt is -4.5 lbs. Which should I put on the top rack, and which on the bottom? The last butt I did (my only one) was a lil' larger than this one but cooked 11 hours at 225.
