My Variation of Pepper Stout Beef


 
Looks good to me also Mike. My wife and I love to eat the leftovers on some rice. Don't get me wrong, we love this stuff no matter how you serve it. But have found the rice variety to be our fav's.

Can't wait for some goods maters to come in. Gotta make up some bacon for some kickin BLT'S :)

ya know, this stuff freezes as well as pulled pork, and last week i ate up the last of what we had in the freezer...
gonna hafta make more!!
