My new Genesis

This last summer I bought the S-330 and am so happy with the quality and ease of use when cooking on the Genesis. No hot spots, sear burner is great, and I use the side burner to light my charcoal. I would suggest buying a cover for that baby, just to keep the ice of her.

That is one beautiful grill I really like the new version of burner layout, never had a sear burner so that could be fun, this and a good coal burner and you are set for life.

Added note - this new Genesis has an insulated air pocket between two metal cases on the cover and holds heat much better. I am still learning how to control the heat. After initial heat up (to around 700 degrees), it takes a long time to get the heat down to 375 degrees. Even if I turn off all but one burner and lower that one to the lowest setting. I also open the cover periodically while trying to not loose too much of the residual heat in the cover. Anyone else have this situation?
