Smoke some ribs dude! I'm going to do spares this weekend! Thanks to you all, I learned how delicious the spares are. Everyone prefers them over BBs.

I haven't decided what's going to be my first cook. I have a ton of stuff in the freezer but I am going to check with the family banker about our pecuniary resources for this week. I just might do a couple of fatties and a mess of ABTs.

Hey Tom, Welcome to WSM world. I did ribs for my first cook because of the reasonable cook time and recipe. It was a great cook to get use to my WSM in terms of temperature adjustment & control. The ribs came out not to bad also!
