I will be deleting my other post, this has the pics to show.

My great cutting skills, I figure I could buff/sand the sharp edges when I find my attachment for my drill..



With the base with the grate.



Difusser and Bottom Rack I am deciding on what to use, if I can find a cheap garage sale cast iron skillet, I will would use that.



2 Grates and a third possible grate or re-stacked grate position for the top for wings or abt's.



Unpainted Mini Ready to go.. Only thing I need to get is a bar for the vents and a can for under the charcoal grate and make a basket for charcoal.

 
Do you know what temp those 5 hours were? I can get 3 hours at 250ish and about another 1.5 hours where it drops from 250 to 225, give or take

It cools quite quickly after 4.5 hours and I can't really consider the last hour as being too dependable
 
I've since gotten some Expansion Metal and made a better Charcoal Basket and ash breather. I will have to fasten them, but I am deciding on weather ties or get a buddy to weld and file off the sharp edges.

I was at 250 - 275 for 4 hrs and then it dropped to 200 for 1.5 hrs and that was all I had it going for.
