My Maiden Voyage on the EX6

So it's been a little over 45 minutes at those temps, Prob 1 has actually dropped one degree. I've had it at 225 this whole time, keep it there and push through or go to 250?

A stall does what it wants. It could be there hours or minutes. It is what it is. I did two butts a while back and one took 4 extra hours. Just have a cold drink and set back. It will get there.

Thank you, trying to get to 170 before wrapping. I’m at a little over 9 hours now and have probably gone through 18-20 pounds of pellets, not sure why those are going so quick with the low temps.

When I hit the stall I wrap. I don't go by a set temp. Once you wrap you can bump up the temp. Your bark looks good. Also, my Weber meat probe is about 10° off.

Update. It’s wrapped now though I don’t think I did the best wrap job but we’ll see. Photo is just before the wrap.
