Enrico, you are surely the BBQ Maestro for the whole of Italy.

I love maialino arrosto and porchetta. Do you cook Italian dishes on your Weber collection?

BTW my wife is Italian, born in London.

How funny! my wife's also Italian, Gary we need to organise a get together at some point in the near future! I can only agree with porchetta, have you ever tried agnello arrosto flavoured with mirto? my wife's actually Sardinian and their food is beyond awesome over there! :)

Forgot to say Enrico, the brisket looks ace! just out of interest do you struggle to find these American style cuts in over in Italy? Over here in the UK you cannot find these big cuts in most place, you need to get a catering/wholesale butcher to supply these and they cost a pretty penny!
