I worked a graveyard shift on the 30th came home and tried to go to sleep. Not Happening. Finally fell asleep and I had a ham I wanted to put on no later than 3:30. I woke up at 4:00 and hurried and go the ham on at around 4:30. My Wife comes home and tells me to take a shower we are going over to the Neighbors for some Posole and we are suppose to be there at 5:00. Grumpy just woke up me finally gets ready at 5:30. Trying to shorten up this story we eat get to talking and I forget about the ham. Its burnt on top, the pineapple is inedible and and internal is 143*F. Potatoes are perfect though. Sliced up the ham and with the exception of the very top the ham it turned out perfect.

Ham with pineapple and studded with whole cloves. Added some brown sugar, the juice from the can of pineapple, and ginger ale

Since we ate at the neighbors we just kind of picked at the ham and my Wife and I spit one of the potatoes that i screwed up taking off of the grill.

They sure eat well up on the Tierrasanta. Great meal, John!
I let some Beef ribs go an hour too long on Tuesday myself! The non-charred parts are real good still.
