Great cooker! I stuck my digital thermometer in before the cook and as hard as it was I never peeked until the meat was done. I am amazed at the endurance of the fuel in this cooker. I used the minion method for this cook and it could not have turned out better.

I think the picture is there now. I've had a few cookers in my time but the WSM gives you time to do other things besides babysit your cooker.
