My first St. Louis Ribs!

Smoked on my WSM 22.5 4 hours 230-245 kingsford briquettes and hickory they were delisious I am very impressed!! thanks to all help from this forum!

They look great, but they sure look like spare ribs. I don't think you got them trimmed up right for St. Louis cut. I'd still dive in tho!
 
Those look good enough to eat! What kinda dry rub or seasoning? Are you a sauce fan , or a dry rib guy?
I haven't tried St. Louis ribs yet on my WSM....this inspires me. Thanks for sharing
 
I used a dry rub sugar paprika onion garlic salt real basic and then a st louis sauce I made frm a recipe tangy not too sweet
