You can see the reflection of the grate in the side of the body!

Thats ok, it won't last. I have 2 years of funk built up on the inside of mine and I was considering scraping it off but I figure hey, it's insulation!

I see your top temp guage reads higher than the actual temp. Mine reads consistantly 25* lower.

Nice work Brian. The bark on those ribs is amazing. All that work for one rack? What are the rest of us supposed to eat? BTW, is that a temp probe in the side of the ribs? Don't bother; what with the thinness of the meat on ribs, you may be temping the bone anyway. Just go for tenderness. Cheers!
