My first Boston Butt cook

I was pretty happy with the whole cook. I still think there is a lot of room for improvement. Wish the ribs were just little more tender and there is about a million rub recipes and variations I want to try before I pick a favorite. I served 5 racks without sauce, 5 racks lightly glazed with a mix of homemade and Sweet Baby Rays, and the last 2 were the experimental ribs. I did a hot wing buffalo glaze at the end based of a recipe I found on this website at Buffalo Hot Sauce. The experimental ribs ended up being the most popular, many rave reviews, and were completely gone in 15 minutes.
@Derek The thread for the Buffalo Hot Sauce led me to the recipe for what my wife labeled as Creole Garlic Ranch which really was Cayenne Buttermilk Ranch. Hope that helps and sorry for mis-labeling.
