Thanks, I'm trying to expand on my grilling. I've seen some recipes on here that i'm gonna try soon.

Wow that all looks awesome! That RK is a monster! Great score on CL too. That paella is just keeps looking better the more you do it. I think you can justify your purchase of the RK now.

My next paella cook is in another month for my "Walking Dead" viewing party. I'm using my RK more than ever now; however I sure i'm going to buy a SJ for times I want to grill for myself.
