Yes one basket or a couple of fire brick and bank the coals at the back. You can use lump and just lay it in there too. The first pic I may have used a basket on either side. I think the two chickens was my first rotisserie cook.

Have a look at this Roger, now this is the 26 but you can do the same with the 22.

This weekend...two free range birds are going on the Performer or WSM. Work gets in the way during the weekdays. Did quick burgers tonight.

Well no cooking this weekend. Fridge went out Wed. And Home Depot was suppose to have a new fridge here today but somehow order got canceled. Now it looks like no fridge until next week. Be eating out for a few days...
