My 1st Turkey

Hey guys and gals,

Did my first Turkey today. It was 22 pounds and I used the apple brined whole turkey recipe from this site. I know this turkey was way bigger than recommended but I had it in the freezer and wanted to smoke it. I think it turned out great, thanks for the great site. Clay

I have done a few turkey on the WSM a the whole family loves them
