My 1st smoke on the WSM that never happened!

Finally I had the time to inaugurate my WSM last night and went with a 5.5 lb roaster. I've been very good about reading everyones posts and was careful not to use too much wood. The cook took a lot longer than I had expected (4 hours) and came out even better than I had expected. I used one of these http://kitchen-dining.hsn.com/...er_p-4414082_xp.aspx

and the chicken came out moist and delicious.
