Multiple Briskets on a 18.5 WSM

Hello,
I purchased my first WSM 18.5 two weeks ago and I decided to go all out and get a DigiQ DX2 while I was at it. Last week I did my first cook, an 8 lb brisket. I set the DigiQ DX2 at 225 and it took 14 hours to get the internal temperature of the brisket to 193. It was the best tasting brisket I have ever had! Now this weekend I am wanting to do (two) 8 lb briskets, one on the top grate and the other on the lower grate. I am making these briskets for my family and they are supposed to be ready by Sunday at 2 p.m. I am planning on setting the temperature at 225 again. My question is, will I be looking at another 14 hour smoke or will the time dramatically increase since there is twice the meat inside the WSM. I would like to see at what time to set the two briskets. Please help!

Thanks,
Mauro

Should be the same amount of time just may take longer to get up to temp and may use more fuel.

2 or 3 8lb Briskets should take the same amount of time as one 8lb brisket.
