And now for something completely different...moussaka! This was really good; highly recommend. Done on the Genny.

Fried the eggplant and potatoes on the side burner.



Started sauce. A lot of good stuff, including lamb and beef.


Finished sauce.


Potatoes and eggplant on the bottom. Then sauce. Bechamel sauce atop all.


Done. Delicious.


Really good stuff. I love my Genny!
