It looks very good Don.
This part CB I never use a barbecue (separately). I always removing the white tendon in the middle of this section.
This is the meat for me (after removal of the tendon, maybe it's just my problem) ideal for Asian dishes.
But then again, it seems that the family enjoyed it and it is most important.
