felt like i played hockey and made some damn lucky saves :-)))) the salmon salad was next level. everyone asked for the recipe and that i make it again.

when the gods give lemons, learn to make lemonade.

and the E6 is damn well insulated, so much that you can cook a salmon with a tube of pellets only. ridiculous! next time the lid will be cracked open with some wood chunks to let the heat out of the beast.
