More meatloaf on a plank

Yesterday was in the forties and I decided, along with my wife, to do a meatloaf on a plank (as in, Cedar Plank). It bordered on the fantastic! It was absolutely delicious. I cannot take credit - just pretty much followed the recipe (again, and again - we LOVE this recipe) from "The Plank Cooking Cookbook":

I did not take pictures, this time, but this should do:

If you haven't yet tried this, I can recommend it without reservation. The book is out of print, but Amazon has sources for a used copy. There is a later edition, but since I haven't read it, I cannot guarantee that the meatloaf recipe is in there. Amazon DOES have it for the Kindle (both the older and new edition). I will gladly forward the recipe to any that desires it. Just send me your email address and I'll send it by attachment.

NOTE:
You might want to check with your local library. Ours has the book in stock. Great way to help decide if you want to purchase it.
