To my surprise, I found a package of 3 bone prime grade short plate ribs in the freezer. Rubbed with Black Ops Brisket Rub, smoked with cherry wood.

They’re my favorite to smoke! I just got a rack from WFF yesterday and plan on doing them next weekend. I usually just use S&P but I have some Black Ops, maybe I’ll use it instead.
