Mooving to Kentucky: Looking for BBQ and Steak Houses.

Like the title of the thread says, I'm leaving this GODFORSAKEN "state" of Maryland and coming home to a new RED state, Kentucky. And the Church said: AMEN. :D

I've been in this awful BLUE state for too long and I'm looking to connect with like minded BBQ enthusiasts to cook and talk all things BBQ. We're moving to Lexington, KY this June. Anybody familiar with the area who can point me to a great butcher or a nice place to buy full packer briskets and BB's, I'm all ears. :confused:

Why stop in KY? Keep going 'til you get to Texas. You won't have aproblem finding a butcher or a good bbq joint. (We're moving to Hill Country in a couple of months.)
