Moose Burgers

So simple but one of my absolute favorites. BBQ Moose burgers are so good

One of my best friends is a hunting and fishing guide in Montana and he comes to visit me in the winter time and fills my freezer with all the good stuff. Antelope burgers are pretty delicious also.

I would say better than elk for my own personal taste and close to antelope but moose is one of my favorites. I guess that doesn't explain it very well though.
