Monday night quick salmon.

I love salmon on the grill I don't think there is a better way to cook it. Picked up a half lb. fillet at the store and seasoned with grey salt, pepper, brown sugar, and paparika.

Besides the grey salt I also picked up some truffle butter from a local specialty deli.

Salmon went on over some lump.

Served up the fish with a warm baci roll filled with truffle butter and some pickles.

The fish was very moist and delicious. The truffle butter sure was tasty. Thanks for looking.
 
Nice char on that salmon. Never herd of truffel butter before. I can se this working in alot of dishes :)
 
Jason, you need more chow on yer plate :) What's there looks great, though. How was the truffle butter?
 
Used this exact recipe tonight. It was awesome. Used some premixed paprika salt and may have went a little too strong but the family loved it. And simple enough that I couldn't screw it up. Salmon came out very moist on the GA.....much more than in an oven. Grilled it on foil instead of directly on the grate.
