now, on to the food....
Ribs look Fantastic, nice pull from the bones...
Interesting brats... what is the toppings? Onions, mustard... and what is the ground brown stuff? Bacon?
And speaking of bacon, Isn't it GREAT to bypass all the crap they sell for 6 bucks a pound and make your own...?!

Thanks Jim, I was told at a young age that if you want to be happy for the rest of your life, make a pretty woman your wife. The brats had onions underneath and ground or chopped bacon on the top. Didn't care to much for it but they were free. Love making my own bacon, just bummed I waited so long to do it.
