Mole Rubbed Flank Steak

I did a cocoa rubbed mole crusted flank steak for fajitas. I wanted to do skirt steak but couldn’t find any skirt I liked.

 
I wouldn't let that out of my sight!

Bet those were some tasty fajitas JR. The flank looks great and cooked perfectly. I found a butcher shop, one that I trust, that sells outside skirt steak. Unfortunately, it's 150 miles away. We get up there about twice a year so I really stock up. This year I'm going to pre-order some hanger steak as well.

Thanks Cliff. I love hanger steak. I find it once in a while around here. There aren’t very many Butcher shops nearby, non that are worth a darn anyhow.
