pics from a few weeks ago, after thanksgiving. leftovers are no problems for me ... MNF nachos, sandwiches, 3 sons, etc. hehehe. yall post some incredible pics of cooks, meats, plates, so im trying to learn how to post here. these leftover meats include beef porterhouse (tenderloin side) (top left), maple glazed pork loin (top middle), smoked thanksgiving ham (center bowl), and pork belly / homemade bacon (bottom) that i saw some of yall doing on here so i decided to try. wow the homemade bacon is a hit w my fam - thanks yall for the ideas. all 4 meats were bbq'd at some point on my webers.

and one bonus shot of the sandwich w my smoked ham and marnas homemade mac/cheese rolls the Saturday after thanksgiving. yes, i had to wash down a few frosty cold ones with this sandwich.

I'm lovin' those nachos Jak!! Meaty and cheezy goodness there!! And that sammie doesn't look too shabby either!!

Very nice Jak, If I had to only choose one I don't know which one I would pick both look outstanding!!!!

I can only imagine how good those nachos were since I make mine with just ground beef. Great new idea on the use of leftovers!

The nachos look excellent, and the sammie looks like it's just SCREAMING for a cold beer! :)

Thanks for sharing!

Brian. Ha. Yah that too. The knife is my fave knife - Kershaw (clash). I never cook without one of my half dozen pocket knives. And the pirate sets aside my favorite beer bottle koozie and keeps my beer cold since summer 2004. It's got many many charcoal, beer, meat grease stains as well as mulch, axle grease, sweat among others. Can't seem to let go of the dang thing.

Don't lift the lid...
