thats one of my favorite things to do with left over pp!

I had planned to make nachos for a party at my house when we lost power. Since my oven is electric I had to bake them in the wsm. For some of the batches, I experiment with wood. It was amazing how much smoke the chips and cheese took on. Try it sometime, but go easy on the wood.

Oh Yes I have to have these today! I do have some left over pulled pork, and in one hour I'll have the other elements of this dish. This is going to be a fun afternoon with nachos and a few cold ones.
