Eats/taste like a bake potato, a oven fry, or a hybrid?I take Yukon Golds, slice in half. Cross score the cut side (1/2 way thru). Paint with melted butter, sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika. Pop into 375 oven for about an hour. The potato should open up a bit and look like tire tread, thus the name. Made 100s of these for my kids. I cooked the ones in the photo on my Genesis but they did not open up as much as I would like.
